If you made over $50,000 in deposits from July1 through June 30 of the prior year you will be a semi-weekly tax depositor. Semi- Weekly Tax Depositors due dates are based on date check is written.

If written on Wed-Friday it will be due the following Wednesday, if written Sat-Tue it will be due the following Friday

If you made under $50,000 in deposits from July 1 through June 30 of the prior year you will be a monthly tax depositor Monthly tax Depositors due date is the 15th of the following month, but if 15th falls on a weekend it is due the following business day.

If you ever accumulate over $100,000 in taxes to be paid you must submit payment the following day no matter what actual type of depositor you are.
